Want it warm in winter and cool in summer? A remote start system is an incredible convenience any time of the year. Compustar makes it easier than ever to add remote start to your select 2016-up Volvo. Their SKSXC remote start system gives you the luxury of being able to start and warm up (or cool down) your vehicle before you begin your trip or commute. You start your car by pressing the lock button on your factory key three times. You can start your car from as far away as the key will lock and unlock your doors.

Interface with the factory system

The included harness isn’t exactly plug and play, but installs with four connections to your Volvo’s factory telematics system module. Because of this direct connection to the factory system, any future remote system upgrades, like smartphone control, can be made without having to cut and reconnect a bunch of wires.

Important Note: This remote start module will only work in vehicles equipped with the Volvo Sensus Connect system.
