WindShieldSkin BGIXP12-UNI70 Universal Super Stretch 12MIL

The Windshield Skin BGIXP12-UNI70 is a 48″ x 70″ Universal Kit featuring the brand’s premium XP12 Super Stretch windshield protection film. At 12-mil thickness, this is Windshield Skin’s heaviest-duty offering — engineered for off-road use, high-speed driving, and anyone who wants maximum protection against rock chips, road debris, and windshield cracking.

Key Features:

• 12-Mil XP12 Construction: The thickest film in the Windshield Skin lineup, providing superior impact resistance compared to the SS8 (8-mil) and ES6 (6-mil) tiers
• Optically Clear Film: Fully transparent A-TPU urethane-based material maintains factory-level visibility with no distortion or color shift
• Self-Healing Technology: Minor surface scratches and imperfections gradually disappear over time, keeping the film looking clean
• UV-Resistant: Advanced UV-resistant formula prevents yellowing or hazing over the product’s service life
• Universal Fit — 48″ x 70″: Generously sized sheet provides maximum coverage for virtually any standard vehicle windshield; edges are trimmed to fit during installation
• Super Stretch Material: A-TPU urethane construction stretches and conforms easily to curved windshield surfaces for a smooth, bubble-free application
• Includes Installation Tools: Kit comes equipped with all essential tools needed for trimming and wet-application installation
• DIY-Friendly: Designed for straightforward installation without professional equipment; average install time approximately 20 minutes

The Universal Kit format presents a full rectangle of XP12 film that is trimmed to the contours of your specific windshield during installation, making it ideal for edge-to-edge coverage on a wide range of vehicles. The wet-application method ensures smooth adhesion without bubbles or distortion. Register your product within 30 days of installation to activate the manufacturer’s one-year warranty. Windshield films are temporary in nature; replace the film if visibility becomes compromised. Note: Verify compatibility with any ADAS, lane-departure, or auto-pilot systems on your vehicle before installation, and confirm local regulations regarding windshield film use.
