Winter Summit 2025: A Day to Remember
Winter Summit 2025 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center was one for the books! From the moment doors opened, the energy and excitement could be felt throughout the venue. Dealers, installers, and industry professionals traveled from across the Northeast to connect, learn, and take advantage of the best deals of the season — and thanks to our vendors and exhibitors, the event delivered on every level.

A Full Day of Learning and Discovery
The day kicked off early with fresh coffee and bagels courtesy of Solar Gard, setting the tone for a day packed with training and education. Dealers filled classrooms for back-to-back sessions led by some of the top brands in the industry. These trainings weren’t just about specs and features — they were about strategies to grow business, improve profitability, and prepare for the all-important 4th quarter.
Immediately following the trainings, attendees headed to the show floor where vendors brought those lessons to life with live product demonstrations. This flow — learn it in the classroom, see it on the floor — created a powerful experience, ensuring that ideas weren’t just theory but real, actionable opportunities retailers could bring back to their businesses.
A Buzzing Show Floor
The Sturbridge Host ballroom was alive with conversation, demonstrations, and of course, deals. Vendors rolled out their best show specials, while the Outlet Room offered attendees a shot at exclusive, limited-quantity blowouts available only to Winter Summit guests. The mix of education, networking, and immediate buying opportunities created a true win-win for both vendors and retailers.
Networking and Celebration
After a full day of learning and shopping, it was time to relax. Attendees and vendors came together for Happy Hour, where the conversations flowed as easily as the drinks. It was more than just a social hour — it was a chance to deepen relationships, share success stories, and build the partnerships that make this industry thrive.
