The Viper D9657V kit utilizes a compact 2-way LED primary remote (7656V or 7657V) to deliver visual and audible command confirmation. Unlike full-size 5-button remotes, the primary transmitter features a streamlined 5-button form factor that uses multi-color micro-LED indicators to confirm lock/unlock execution, remote start runtime, trunk release, and alarm trigger alerts.

Operating on a 434 MHz frequency with SuperCode™ encryption, the system provides reliable 2-way operational control at ranges of up to 1/4 mile (approx. 1,320 feet / 400 meters). The kit includes one primary 2-way 5-button LED remote, one companion 1-way 5-button backup remote, a matching Control Center antenna unit, and an antenna interconnect cable.
